The Old Town Hall is a three-storey Neo-classical building. The main entrance porch features an overhead stone balustrade with Doric columns. The windows are round headed on the third floor and square headed on the first and second floors. The second-floor windows also have pedimented hoods. - Notes

The Old Town Hall was constructed c. 1847 as the Niagara District Courthouse and served as the official county seat of the Niagara District. It was later used as a town hall and to house the Shaw Theatre.
The Clock Tower was erected in 1922 as a memorial to the men who served in WWI. It was also used to commemorate the soldiers who lost their lives in WWII. - Date
