The school was originally a one-room school house. It was expanded throughout the years with various additions. Due to declining enrollment the school closed in 1982. It was bought in October of 1982 by the Netherlands Reformed Church of St. Catharines. Since 1984, Jordan Christian School has operated from the premises.
