Description
A house at 164 King Street, St. Catharines.

The house was built in a Lombardy Villa style featuring a three story tower, dressed stone lintels, and a boxed cornice and decorative frieze and brackets on the roof.

The House was built c. 1862 by Sylvester Neelon. Neelon was a prominent businessman in St. Catharines owning five flour mills, ships, and also having interests in shipping and lumber.
