Re "date unknown": this was part of the ceremonial canal opening (Aug 1932), when Lemoyne was chartered to cruise down then back up the canal. The ship is still "dressed overall", with its signal flags on fancy display between the masts (as can be seen in other photos of the event). (If this was some later, more mundane visit delivering ore, they wouldn't be "dressed overall".)
