Both Go Print and the Bible Book Nook first appear in the 1974 city directory. Go Print disappears after 1974 but the Bible Book Nook remained at James Street until 1988. Stokes Seeds also occupied the upper floors of the building in 1974. Stokes Seeds expanded into the building after the St. Catharines Business College left around 1970.
