Eatons opened at the Pen Centre in 1974 and closed in October 1999.
The Pen Centre was built in 1958 as an open air mini mall. Renovations in the 1960s brought the stores together under one roof. The mall has undergone further renovations in 1975, 1994, & 2011. - Date of Publication
