Yes, it looks like it's pretty much right where the Nexus depot is today

As others have stated, its at the intersection of Bridge Street and the Niagara Parkway in Niagara Falls. Put this link into your browser and it will take you to the same spot today, near the entrance to the Whirlpool Rapids Bridge
